Is all the food vegan?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t

Yes, we seek out and vet all meals to make sure they are fully vegan. We understand that the biggest fustration of traveling while vegan is having to research and plan meals so on our trips we do all the work for you.<\/p>\n

If you are not vegan and feel the need to seek out meat. fish, etc while on the trip, we ask that you don't bring it back to our communal spaces. Also please note, some hotels don't allow outside food on property.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

What is included in the group trips?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t

Our group trips include luxury accommodations, 3 meals per day with non-alcoholic beverages, one excursion, one hands-on food demonstration or cooking class, ground transportation and more as mentioned in the trip details.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

Can I make reservations on an event after the payments have begun?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t

Yes, you can make reservations for any event at any time as long as the reservations are still open. You will need to make the first deposit and then every month make monthly payments.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

What happens after I make my reservation?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t

Once you make your reservation, you will receive an account summary. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is set up by default to charge your credit card every month, or you can choose to turn off the automatic monthly billing option.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

After I make my first reservation, how do I make monthly payments?<\/h5>\n\t\t\t\t

You can make monthly payments several ways. Many of our clients are on auto-pay. But you can also visit our website home page, <\/span>www.BlackVeganTravel.com<\/a>\u00a0\u00a0and click the \u201c<\/span>Account Login<\/a>\u201d link in the top right\u00a0corner. You will also receive emails monthly regarding your payments and there will be a link to view your account history and make a payment if needed.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>

You should make every effort to make a payment every month. You are automatically enrolled in our automatic billing plan when you select monthly payment plans. You can relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we\u2019ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that you payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and you future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. <\/span><\/p>\n
